Scripts for HardCore mode

For those who liked it, here are the scripts for easily set up a server in HardCore (HC) mode and revert it back to normal when the game is finished.
The script for HC Mode is named "hard.cfg" and the one for normal mode is "norm.cfg"
They should be used with the "execute" command after logging in as admin :

To make it a HC server ---> execute hard
To revert the process ---> execute norm

Admins can grab them both here and maybe upload to rs1 (and other servers) in order to give any admin a chance to change any given server.

Note : password for the .zip file is the same of RS servers.

Feel free to post here any suggestion for optimizing HC settings in order to provide a better hardcore experience.
