Geronimo's maps

ok so i think it is much better now Smile

changed some wall layout, spawns are fixed (!), made it bigger so it is now 4on4 map (could be played 3on3 and 5on5 but i think 3on3 would be a bit lonely_wolf kind a map and 5on5 just a bit too crowded but should be tested first to see for real).

CTF-Turbine

so what do you think about it (nega, you dont have to answer Razz)?

but the 2nd one ...is it for 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3

i played 2on2 on it and it was good.

it was my guess that you could play 3on3 but didnt try it yet.

I say you make it bigger and it'd be really cool map, totally new concept of map this could be great to play try to build it on a larger size

hm, some ppl told me that it is better to leave it small, so that it is fast and dynamic.

so, lets say this, map is on reals if you (as in everybody) play 3on3 and you are willing to experiment choose CTF-Arrows and test it. after some time i will make vote to see if it should be larger or smaller.

ok here's another one, this one bigger for 5on5 (can be played 4on4 also). was inspired by Crazy and its unbalance and poor spawns.

i thought about spawns on this map a lot and i hope i positioned them good enough. comments?

why are flags placed like that?

flags are placed like that because of spawns. for ex, if you look at blue flag, red attacker who kills defenders and takes flag can go in two directions - left and right. if he goes left it is shorter path till the left center part of map but the spawn on right side where blue players are going to spawn is higher so in the end when red attacker gets back to base blue, if fast enough have one more chance to save flag. if he decides to go right it is longer path till right center part of map. spawn where blue will spawn is on left side but a bit lower than the one on right side thus making it, again, same length for red attacker and blue players to get to red base. all in all you can call it - diversity while keeping balance. ;-)

and i didnt admin abuse - i asked 9 ppl to come to test my map. not my fault it switched to schooly... :-P
